Antique French and Italian BedroomsYou are viewing in this section of our online catalogue a big collection of our Antique French and Italian Bedrooms rooms in Roman and French and Italian style. I hope the photos do these pieces some justice, it's certainly more impressive in the flesh. The detail and ornamentation is incredible, especially when you consider this was hand carved. The mirrors may comes apart from the consoles but obviously these were designed as a set and match perfectly. It's hard to know where to start when describing these such is the wealth of detail. The tables and beds has an ornate frame which has been gilded to give it that lovely gold leaf finish. there are lots of shells and curves to the designs, alongside leaves, rosettes, arabesques and other flourishes. To the top centre is the big shield.
